As your Director of Public Relations for Local 2, I will be committed to the membership. I attest that I will always provide full transparency regarding all crucial union matters and expect to be held accountable for my decisions. I will also ensure all fellow executive board members are held accountable for their actions while performing their elected duties. I will keep the communication channels open so that you will be aware of all the critical decisions. You will never be left in the dark. I will strongly fight for the collective best interests of the Local 2 membership and identify those collective interests by regularly surveying the membership through questionnaires, committees, social media newsletters and stewardship. I also believe that it is critically important that we are always viewed positively by the public. Shortly after filling my new position, I will establish a trustworthy relationship with all media outlets and consistently highlight our accomplishments. Above all, as your representative member of the executive board I will always be there for you.

This photo is the February 2023, Foreign Fire Insurance Board (FFIB) Genesis 11C RIT Tool roll-out. As an FFIB Trustee, I’m committed to helping provide our membership with cutting edge tools and equipment to improve the safety and efficiency of
our fire crews.
After almost 18 months of logistical issues and waiting on supply chain and production problems, the Paratech struts and air bags (2) finally arrived at Support and Logistics. Every truck company in Chicago will now be trained and equipped with these life saving extrication tools! Kudos to the rest of the Foreign Fire Tax Board for your help and support on this purchase! Also, thanks for all the hard working men and women at SLD who assist the Tax Board with organizing, storing and distributing most of our Tax Board purchases!
Thank you to the brave members who fought for all the freedoms and benefits we enjoy today!
